2. Products & Services

We offer customised football-related products, including carbon fibre shin pads and polypropylene shin guards. Descriptions, prices, and specifications of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Ordering Process
 

  • Placing Orders: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, shipping address, and payment information.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

  • Design Approval: For custom products, we will provide a graphical preview for approval. Once approved, the design will proceed to production.
     

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping & Delivery
 

  • Standard Carbon Fibre Shin Pads (Without Customisation): Dispatched within 48-72 hours of order placement.

  • Custom Polypropylene Shin Pads: Dispatched within 48-72 hours of order confirmation.

  • Custom Carbon Fibre Shin Pads: Dispatched from our factory to your home within approximately two weeks.

  • Shipping Method: All deliveries within the UK are handled by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations
 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of receiving the graphical preview for custom products. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.

Returns (Only applicable to Blank Carbon Fibre Shin Pads)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
