RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Buyer may cancel an order within the timeframe between the creation of a graphical preview for a customised print and the commencement of production by the Seller. Specifically, cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of creating the graphical preview, including for custom polypropylene shin guards and carbon fibre shin pads.

If the Seller terminates the contract, the Buyer will be notified via email to the address provided in the order or by phone to the number listed in the order.

The Buyer acknowledges that, due to the customised nature of the Goods designed according to the Buyer's specifications, there is no option for cancellation or return beyond the 12-hour period following the completion of the purchase.

RETURN POLICY (Applicable Only to Blank Carbon Fibre Shin Pads)

We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy for blank carbon fibre shin pads. This period begins once the order is delivered to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

If you meet these conditions, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange within the 14-day window.

  • Standard Carbon Fibre Shin Pads (Without Customisation):
    Dispatched from our warehouse within 48-72 hours of your order being placed.

  • Custom Polypropylene Shin Pads:
    Dispatched from our warehouse within 48-72 hours of order confirmation.

  • Custom Carbon Fibre Shin Pads:
    As these are custom-made, they will be dispatched directly from our factory to your home within approximately two weeks.
