RETURN & REFUND POLICY

REFUND

The Buyer is entitled to cancel an Order within the period from creating a graphical preview of an individual print until the Seller begins production of the Goods, i.e. within 12 hours since creating a graphical preview of an individual print. Including custom polypropylene shin guard and carbon fibre shin pad.

If a contract is terminated by the Seller, the Buyer must be informed about this fact by e-mail to the address mentioned in their Order, or by phone to the number mentioned in their Order.

The Buyer acknowledges that they are not entitled to a free of charge withdrawal from a contract without any reason, since it is Goods which has been modified according to Buyer’s wish, that means there is no choice to return or cancel the order after 12 hours finishing the purchase. 
 

​RETURN (only for the blank carbon fibre shin pad)

We have a 14-day refund or exchange policy. This 14-day window commences once the order has arrived with the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Standard Carbon Fibre Shin Pads (Without Customisation):
    Dispatched from our warehouse within 48-72 hours of your order being placed.

  • Custom Polypropylene Shin Pads:
    Dispatched from our warehouse within 48-72 hours of order confirmation.

  • Custom Carbon Fibre Shin Pads:
    As these are custom-made, they will be dispatched directly from our factory to your home within approximately two weeks.

All deliveries within the UK are made through Royal Mail or Parcelforce to ensure safe and reliable shipping.
